been a great week. one more week of snowboarding with 8th grade. they went to the top of the mountain! a first for this program. most kids, if at all, don't make it til the 5th week. so proud of their strength and courage. you should see the smiles! today? cloud cover holding in the heat so a bike ride out in la tierra is in order. gonna bike ride my butt off, literally. if i keep going, i should slim down like i used to be. was only lightweight when bike riding all the time, but then i stopped for a season, packed on some pounds and stopped riding for another season. now i'm determined to get back on that steed and go for it!
made two pair of earrings from 2 dismantled vintage aluminum hair curlers. for perms right? anyway. fun fun while i puttered away breaking down chain and cleaning them up then laying out the design for the bead soup challenge. my reveal date is 3.30.13. can't wait! cheers y'all!
